Here are the valentines we made for Claire's class.
She only has 8 kids in her kindergarten class, so we decided to makes her valentines. She thought it was the biggest chore in the world to have to write her name 8 times, but she loved putting in the gum balls, and putting the hearts stickers on the string.

(the card goes inside the box)Any time I do crafts with Claire I want to pull my hair out. It has been three hours since we finished and I am still in a bad mood. It should be fun, but I get so stressed because she is in a world of her own. . . but she likes craft time (minus the mom getting stressed part), she liked the way they turned out and only a few tears were spilt. Isn't that what holidays are all about?

They turned out supercute. Maybe I should actually try to celebrate Valentines day this year. Maybe.

I just finished the Harry Potter series and I loved it.
Cute Valentines, Claire is really lucky to have a Mom that would spend so much time helping her. She will remember the good times and so will you.

I love the gumballs! And thank you for the pleasing mental image of Claire being in her own world while doing this project...it made me smile! I'll say it again. I love that girl!
